• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed and general device information, used to improve the site.

How we use it

• To connect travelers with hosts and pass along inquiries.
• To operate host accounts, listings, and subscription billing.
• To send transactional messages and, if you opt in, occasional newsletters.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

How inquiries are shared

When you submit an inquiry, its contents (your name, contact details, dates, and message) are sent to the relevant host so they can reply to you directly. We also retain a copy to operate and improve the Service. Bookings and payments happen directly between you and the host — we don't process guest booking payments.

Service providers

We share limited data with trusted providers who help us run the site, including:

• Stripe — host subscription and featured-placement payments.
• Resend — sending inquiry and account emails.
• Hosting & storage providers — running the site and hosting photos.

These providers process data only to perform services for us.
