Parking: • 2 cars allowed in complex parking lot by permit • No garage available Children: • Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy • Amenities for babies: Pack N Play, High-Chair, and plastic serving dishes available TVs and Wi-Fi: • 3 Smart TVs (65” Roku TV in living room, 55" Samsung in Master bedroom, 32" Roku TV in guest bedroom) • DVD/Blue-ray player in living room • High-Speed Wi-Fi - Xfinity internet • Smart Roku TVs with guest mode: Guests can log in with their own streaming subscriptions or access Roku LiveTV without logging in. Check-in/out: • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • There is a $15 fee per hour for early check-in or late checkout, plus taxes. Please call 24 hours in advance for availability.

Sleeping Arrangements: • The main bedroom suite has a plush king-size bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. • The comfortable guest room features a queen-size sleigh bed • Bonus: 2 twin rollaway beds, one stored in each bedroom closet.

In Addition: • Sand Toys, Shovel, 1 clam gun • 2 bodyboards (1 adult, 1 kid size) • 6 beach chairs • Large selection of board games and DVDs for all ages • Sit/Stand desk with dual monitors and desk chair in the living room • Linens: quality sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels included. • Soaps: shampoos, conditioner, body bar soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. • Paper products: bath tissue and paper towels included.

• The swimming pool is only open from mid-May through September. • The hot tub is open year-round. • A short 1.
