Beach Access: • 10-minute walk to the beach down the private beach trail • 15-minute walk to downtown Long Beach • In addition to the private footpath, there is vehicle access six blocks north of the home.
Pets: • Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs. • $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees. • Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.
Parking: • Parking for up to 4 cars in roundabout driveway. • Garage parking for one COMPACT vehicle only.

“Our Long Beach escape Overall it was great. Needs some work and some items added to really have it nice. We added a dish/pot scrubber and sponge. It should have a larger non-stick pan for eggs and stir fry. The screen doors should be WD-40 treated or updated. These are little things. The location is very good and a nice short walk to the beach.”
