Spacious, furnished back deck with additional convenient access from driveway, and out to the back of property for safe fire escape routes. Fully equipped chef's kitchen w/2 stool breakfast bar. High speed blender, chef knives, toaster oven, storage/prep ware, hanging pots and pans, crock pot, BBQ implements, outdoor dinnerware/glassware, glass topped range, MW/hood, full size side-by-side fridge/freezer, efficient and quiet DW.

Basic spices/oils. Cleaning supplies. • Well stocked coffee/tea nook w/french press, drip/Keurig cups, hot water pot, ground coffee, syrups, assorted tea bags.

• High speed Wifi, cable TV provided. Lap top friendly. • Work desks/office chairs in all bedrooms, except master.

There is a provided 3rd large desk with pull out work surface in entry reading/game room for convenience and access. • Some books and games provided in this area as well. Lots of well-lit reading spots.

• Well stocked coffee bar and tea nook. • Spacious dining area with extra stools. • TWO relaxing zones: one reading, games, quiet play.

• Full size quiet washer/dryer closet. • Outdoor hose situated at north side of house for rinsing off sand/dirt prior to entering house from all of those fun beach/hiking outings, plus a supply of beach towels for your convenience. • Pet care items; floor pad, food dish, toys, wiping towels, treats, starting supply of poop bags.

• Free onsite parking with overflow parking possible upon request. • Outdoor shared fire pit (bring your own or local buy firewood). • Dedicated gravel 2 car parking: Can accommodate 2 additional vehicles to rear of property upon request.
