About this home
Beachfront vacation home with four bedrooms overlooking the beach in Moclips. Completed in 2009, this upscale beach home has four bedrooms with grand "great room" that features dining table for ten, couch areas sitting nine, fully deluxe kitchen with granite countertops and bar area with four bar stools. The beach here is one of the few that has no cars on it during peak season.
You can allow your children on the beach in relative safety. The setup of the house is ideal for two families. Upstairs is a master bedroom with TV and bathroom.
Adjacent is a side bedroom of a full bed and twin bed. Downstairs is a master bedroom, queen bed with TV. Second bedroom features twin bunks plus two separate twin beds.
New for 2022 are upgraded modern bathrooms with walk in rainforest type showers, new floors. Moclips is unique in WA state in that, on Pacific Ave, you are as close to the beach in a house as anywhere on the coast. Moclips was a historical beach town and the building lots that the beachfront homes are built upon have "grandfathered" rights, with all new construction to be built on stilts today.
That provides for terrific views overlooking the ocean. $399 per night off peak Oct 01-May 23 excluding holidays $449 per night weekends off peak $699 per night peak season and holidays *Verified Rental by Owner ~ Listed since 2009. *Rates are subject to change and may vary: View Availability, Rates & Secure Booking • Click on the calendar link • Select arrival/departure dates for current rates and booking details Discover your perfect Washington Coast getaway at Beachcombers NW and skip third-party service fees!
