This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two small (30 pounds or less) well-behaved dogs • $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees. • Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine. • Dogs must be on a leash when outside on the property at all times.

Notes: • Decorated in December to create a warm, festive atmosphere, perfect for memorable Christmas getaways. • Unit located on the 2nd floor • Elevator and stairs available • Smoking is not allowed in the condo or within 25 feet of any entrance. This includes balconies.

I had to reach out to them a few times before and during my stay and they always got back to me immediately and were beyond helpful. Our rental was perfect! The condo was immaculate and no detail was overlooked. From the kitchen with an Instapot and 3 types of coffee makers to the beach toys and chairs in the closet and the first aid kit we felt at home immediately. The views from Vacation Haven were spectacular and we loved sitting outside on the deck and watching the birds, deer and sunset each night. The location was quiet and and peaceful and all the amenities of the condo were new and well thought out. It is rare to go on vacation and feel like like you have everything you need but we did at Vacation Haven. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect property rental company or place to stay.
