Beach Access: • This home is a short 10-minute walk to the beach and Discovery Coast Trail • 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to downtown Long Beach Pets: • Sorry, no pets are allowed at this vacation rental. • Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Parking: • There is only room for 2 cars: one COMPACT car in the garage and one in the driveway. • There is no street parking. Cars that block driveways or park on the street will be towed.
