Beach Access: • This home is a short 10-minute walk to the beach and Discovery Coast Trail • 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to downtown Long Beach

Pets: • Absolutely NO pets are allowed at this house. • Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Parking: • Parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway. • No Garage Parking • There is no street parking. DO NOT block driveways. Cars parked on the street will be towed. • 110v trickle charge outlet outside. No extension cord provided.

Children: • Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy. • Baby gate available
