Beach Access: • 5-minute walk to the beach • Beach access is available through the backyard, shared with Knole House .

Pets: • Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to four well-behaved dogs. • $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees. • Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine. • Medium/Large dog crate, dishes, and blankets provided and located in the downstairs unit next to the couch.

• Accessibility: Downstairs entry is on the ground floor, with no stairs. The sliding glass door provides easy access. However, no other ADA equipment at this time.
