The west-facing living area features panoramic windows, a private balcony with a Charbroil electric grill, and modern furnishings. Enjoy the comfort of a Tempurpedic queen-sized sofa bed, an indoor electric fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Retreat to the master bedroom with a queen bed, 40" Roku TV, and a private bathroom.

Kitchen Amenities: • Appliances: Ninja blender, food processor, crockpot, toaster, electric hand mixer, popcorn maker, electric juicer, pizza stove. • Cooking: pots and pans, Teflon frying pans, mixing bowls, roasting pan, casserole dishes, strainer, cutting boards, steamer basket. • Baking: Muffin tin, cookie sheets, cake pan, rolling pin, pie dishes, wet and dry measuring cups, measuring spoons • Utensils: Whisks, spatulas, ladles, potato peeler, can opener, corkscrew, pizza cutter, scissors, ice cream scoop.
• Cutlery: Full set of stainless-steel knives, steak knives In Addition: • Charbroil Electric Grill on the balcony • The HOA does not allow propane or charcoal barbecues. However, the owners have provided a Charlbroil Electric Grill for our guests' use, only on the outside deck. • Linens: quality sheets, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels included.
• Soaps: shampoos, conditioner, body bar soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. • Paper products: bath tissue and paper towels included.
Notes: • Unit located on the 2nd floor • Elevator and stairs available • Smoking is not allowed in the condo or within 25 feet of any entrance. This includes balconies. Guests in violation are subject to a $500 fine.

“FIVE STARS! Stellar in Every Way! Words can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at Catch N' Relax. I previously stayed at this property, but in a top floor unit that doesn't allow pets or children. I was a bit hesitant to stay two floors down in a condo that allows dogs, but the moment we walked in, I knew I had nothing to worry about. The panoramic ocean view was every bit as good, and the unit was spotless (and had zero dog smell!). Absolutely spotless with beautiful decor, not to mention the terrific amenities. I brought along a few items that are sometimes missing from rentals & soon discovered that the condo had every single thing we needed, and then some. Bloomer Estates is a top notch property management company & this unit is perfect in every way. Can't wait for our next stay!”
