Beach Access: • Waterfront - right on the Columbia River • Private path to the river beach • 10-minute drive to downtown Long Beach, and the Pacific Ocean beach approaches Pets: • $25 per dog, per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees. • Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Parking: • Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. • Space to park a boat or trailer in the driveway or front of the home. •No garage parking Children: • Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy. • Huge, fully fenced yard.

We have plastic dishware for children.
