About this home
The Urbanski House is a great Ocean View pet friendly home, just across the street from crashing waves and tidal pools, just across the street, (access them at low tide from the state park area just a few blocks south). Also when the winds are blowing from East/No East, watch the mesmerizing Ghost Waves in the Bay. And watching the Whales go right by, is always a thrill, especially when they are bringing their calves back down!!
It's close enough to walk to the Village of Yachats or the many shops and restaurants! This house has a wall of windows to take in the fabulous view, from all of the main living room, dining and kitchen area. From the upstairs loft, there is a King bed and 1 twin bed; plus a wonderful claw foot bathtub and vanity, so you can sit in the tub and soak all your cares away as you watch the ocean!
Downstairs has a separate bedroom with a new Full-size bed, plus 1 twin bed, and bathroom (with large shower stall). For those who enjoy walking, you can pick up the Historic 804 trail near the home, which leads to Smelt Sands Park, tide pools, and wonderful geologic sites. Leave the car, since you can easily walk to the Green Salmon, Drift Inn, Luna Sea, Yachats Mercantile, and so many more restaurants and shops!!
Don't forget Fido! The Urbanski House is a comfortable, recently upgraded with all new furnishing throughout, oceanview, family friendly; pet-friendly home, and has been a family favorite for many years!

“We had a wonderful time and loved staying at the Urbanski home. One maintenance note-the door was very hard to open (the lock battery may be dying?). It took us several minutes (5-10 minutes) to enter the home every time we returned even though we followed the instructions exactly. We did not have this issue during our past stay at the same home, which made us wonder if it was a lock/battery issue. Thank you!”

“FIVE STARS The Urbanski house was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for preparing meals. Between the house and the ocean is a one lane road. It happened that there was a storm while we were there and the view was spectacular!!! As someone else mentioned, if you want to use the wood burning stove take your own wood. We did. Wonderful three night stay.”

“FIVE STARS Yachats-Urbanski House I had THE BEST coastal experience at the Urbanski house. Its a great place to connect with nature, explore, reflect, recharge. Enjoy this beautiful little town on foot. Everything is within walking distance of Urbanski House: views, trails, restaurants, shops, groceries, farmers market, post office. This place is so calming and brings such a joyful feeling. I liked watching the pair of crows and their silly antics. There are lots of dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Also lots of linens. The layout of the place: so many places to sit, so many windows, with an ocean view from almost anywhere is the house including the clawfoot tub.”

“FIVE STARS! Yachats retreat The property is so beautiful and just perfect. I love the light shining through all day long and the constant view of the ocean from the whole house. I took several baths and saw the ocean during my bath. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We made a flaming icecream birthday cake and needed a hand mixer and there was one! It is a very close walk to town and the ocean trails. I only used the car I rented one time- to go to Strawberry Hill to look at the sea lions.”
