Beautiful oceanfront home on private lane north of Yachats. Enjoy the private beach access, sweeping ocean views, 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, and 2 baths. Magnificent views of the ocean from the bedrooms and living areas.
Easy beach access in front of the house during the spring/summer months. Winter months beach access is approximately one mile drive. Lovely gas log fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings.
Limit 4 people. Winter months steps are not available (November - Late Spring. For questions on this, please contact our office).

“This is our 18th or 19yh stay in the Payn house. We just love it and it’s always nice and clean when we arrive. One thing…on Tuesday 7/29…someone came and mowed the lawn. While they were here, someone spent less than 10 mins “washing” the windows but left them really streaky and worse than before they came. So I would never leave a bad review because everything about this place is perfect but just wanted to give you a heads up.”
