“Having a broom to sweep up crumbs etc from kitchen would have been nice and maybe 1 more fan. It was warm in the house. We opened windows which helped. Nice place!”

“We love that you offer single story options overlooking the ocean. This is the second year our family has had a reunion on the coast. My mom is in her nineties and has mobility challenges. I took one star away from customer service because a phone call I made to was not very helpful in assisting me find an accessible home. I found this house on my own. There are two small additions to this house that would make it more accessible: hand rails on the steps up to the house, and one handrail in the shower in the master bedroom. (The second is the most important!) We made a similar request about the house we stayed in last year. We also encourage the cleaning staff to make sure all lights have working bulbs and that remotes have working batteries. Also the garage/game room has a strong mildew odor. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.”

“We all enjoyed the very comfortable home and its surroundings. Pluses were the very short path to the sand and ocean and the gorgeous views through the windows as well as from the large deck with comfortable deck chairs. The ping pong table (placed over the pool table) and the video game in the 'game room' were very popular with al ages.”

“Super Sandpiper This property met all our requirements for a great beach getaway. The house was well appointed, the location was great and the beach was beautiful.”

“Sandpiper was perfect for two couples. A third couple could be accommodated but the small room with 2 twin beds has no closet. 2 children could sleep there however.The beach access was excellent. The view is unsurpassed. the house is well decorated and a converted garage which holds billiards, games, ping pong and play space is great for rainy, windy and foggy days. There is a TV set in the living room to catch up with the news, and one in the master bedroom also. The town is close by but this neighborhood is very quiet. One must leave the community to shop. We could not have chosen a better fit and laved our visit.”

“Wonderful stay Can’t say enough good things about the house. Very clean, well maintained and in a great neighborhood. The management was very good with good communication. The deck outside is amazing for having dinner while watching the sunset behind the Pacific. The garage turned into game room was a great place to hang out in the evenings and play some pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Only real negative was the pillows on the beds were pretty flat. Overall this was a fantastic stay and I would recommend to anyone considering it to stay here.”

“A true beach house The property is right on the beach, and allows that experience from almost every room. The sunsets from the deck are awesome. A couple of the furniture pieces are warn out but overall, the house is very nice and very clean. We had a great time, and it was a great deal.”
