This stylish, beautifully-appointed home is two blocks from miles of sandy beach and has a large grassy lawn that extends to a neighborhood playground with swings, tennis courts and a volleyball net, making this an ideal home for a family. The kitchen, dining and living rooms look out on the play area, so you can keep an eye on the activity outside while relaxing indoors or on the large covered porch. With slate floors, leather sofas, a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, the living room is perfect for gathering.
The sparkling granite, stainless appliances and friendly breakfast island in the kitchen make it an enjoyable place to spend time. You’ll be particularly impressed with the beautiful king suite, with its luxurious spa-tub and walk-in shower bathroom. The kids will love the bunk room, especially with its TV complete with a game console.
They will also enjoy the proximity to the Bayshore Beach Club, where they can swim in the outdoor pool in summer for a small fee. The beach is also an easy walk, and wide, flat, sandy and ideal for kite-flying. Waldport is a five-minute drive, and the Central Coast will give you plenty of other scenic destinations.

“Excellent family experience Excellent property for those with young kids. The swings, basketball and tennis court, teeter totter are right in your backyard. They're far enough away that it isn't bothersome when others are out there but close enough to watch the kids from the porch. Short two blocks walk to the beach was perfect. Beach is beautiful! House has all the amenities needed- washer/dryer, beach chairs, tennis rackets, sand toys, etc. We had two families stay and it was large enough for everyone. We'd recommend and stay again.
