Equipped with Starlink Internet and deal for gathering and relaxing with three separate spacious living areas, a large open kitchen fully equipped to prepare home-cooked meals, a dining table that seats seven, and a seasonal wood burning fire pit (summer only) - perfect for roasting marshmallows with the kiddos under a star-filled sky.

The home is set on 40 acres with manicured grounds where you can organize lawn games for a family reunion, or a friendly competition between friends! There is also a BBQ for grilling your catch of the day! Tired after an adventure-filled day, guests can choose from several sleeping options with 4 bedrooms and two full-size futons.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and offers an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

Just a short drive to Kilchis River boat access, guests can enjoy a lazy tube float down the river, various swimming holes, rocky beaches, stand-up paddle boarding, and fishing.
