Thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease, the home features two bedrooms and one bathroom—making it an ideal getaway for two couples, a small family, or a few friends traveling together.
The welcoming interior offers a comfortable place to gather after a day of beach adventures, complete with two TVs, Wi-Fi, and streaming services for relaxed evenings in. Outside, the spacious backyard creates a wonderful extension of the living space. Fire up the gas BBQ for an easy coastal dinner, or gather around the small fire pit as the sun sets and the ocean breeze drifts through the trees.
It’s the kind of space where stories are shared, marshmallows are toasted, and vacation memories are made. The beach is just a short and easy walk away, with direct access right down the street—perfect for morning strolls, sunset walks, beachcombing, or simply watching the waves roll in. The Lazy Dragon is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to join in the coastal fun.

Neighborhood: The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach.
The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sand Lake Recreation Area is 4 miles to the north.

Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note: Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. Tillamook STVR#851-17-000108-STVR

“FIVE STARS Had a wonderful stay at the Lazy Dragon. Kiwanda Properties was a very good host with the perfect balance of attentiveness and letting us enjoy our time. I’m sure they would have taken care of any needs we had however the home was so well equipped and stocked, a need never arose. The home was comfortable and very clean. The description was completely accurate and we found it very easy to settle into. Fantastic access to the beach without being in the direct path and close to Pacific City with restaurants, pubs, coffee and shops. Two markets close by for any needs. We flew kites, played on the beach, kayaked/paddle boarded, hiked all three capes and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and “unplugging”. Definitely will return. Thank you Kiwanda Properties.”
