Fantasia in Pacific City is located in the beachfront community of Tierra Del Mar. This three bedroom, one and a half bath home has room for eight or less guests. On the lower entry level of this vacation home is a bedroom with a king bed and TV.
In the hallway is an alcove with a twin bed for sleeping or to snuggle up on and read a book. There is a half bath on the entry level of the home that also doubles as the laundry room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with both a twin-twin bunk bed and a full bed.
There is a tub and shower combination bath on this floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open for the family to move freely about. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or a nice family dinner.
The living room has cable TV and a DVD player with a selection of movies. Wi-Fi is also available for its guests at this rental. There is a nice sized deck overlooking the enclosed yard below, and beach access is only one block from the home.
This area of the coast is great for beachcombing and is a favorite spot for surfers. There is a fire pit in the backyard to make s'mores with the family and talk about the days adventures. “LOVE THIS HOUSE! WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN, LOVE THE "FIX" FOR THE FRIDGE by Leah Robbins Love this house! Well equipped kitchen, love the "fix" for the fridge. Sweet neighbor cats and deer and bunnies. Great puzzle table in living room. Super comfy beds! and great new ping pong table. We'll be back next year!!”
“THE LOCATION IS GREAT, A MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH, LESS CROWDED TOO COMPARED TO CAPE KIWANDA AREA The location is great, a minute walk to the beach, less crowded too compared to Cape Kiwanda area. What's great: 1. Location! 2. Fully stocked kitchen. We're amazed! 3. Working dishwasher. 4. Baby gates. We appreciate how the owners thought of the kids' safety. There was one inside the house up the stairs and another on the deck. So thoughtful! Could use some improvement: 1. Lines. Some pillow cases and blankets felt sticky. 2. The house smelled musty when we first came in. 3. AC unit. It was hot and sunny when we visit and we could use a good air conditioning when it's super hot and humid out. 4. The outdoor light outside is broken. 5. The TV on the 1st level bedroom was not working. Overall, we'll stay on this location again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.”
“OUR FAMILY OF 5 PLUS 1 DOG HAD THE PLEASURE OF SPENDING A WEEKEND AT THIS CABIN Our family of 5 plus 1 dog had the pleasure of spending a weekend at this cabin. Very spacious and quiet. With bedrooms upstairs as well as the master on the downstairs there is plenty of privacy-the kids loved the ping pong table. The close proximity to the ocean-1/2 block at most make it ideal for easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of meal or snack you will be cooking up. We will stay here again- we highly recommend this comfortable get away!”
“NICE PLACE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE Nice place for a reasonable price. Very close to the beach. Easy 1 block walk. WiFi is sketchy and no cellular service at the house, neither of which is the homeowners fault. A few more bath towels would have been helpful. The house is homey and has many extras (BBQ, Fire pit, lawn chairs, a deck, ping pong, fully stocked kitchen and DVDs). We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.”

“FAMILY WEEKEND "This was our first time staying here but won't be the last. Our family had such a great time. The beach access was only one house away. So perfect when we carried our chairs there for the day. Which were provided at the house. We enjoyed playing board games, ping pong and watching movies when it was rainy out. We brought food and found everything we needed in the kitchen when we were cooking. It was a memorable weekend. I can't wait to go back. "”
“GREAT GETAWAY! "This house was quaint and comfortable! Great to have your dogs with a fenced backyard and access from the top deck! Cozy living room with a master downstairs. All the amenities you could ask for when entertaining and cooking your own meals! So close to the beach you don't need to drive just walk out your front door! We will definitely be coming back!"”

“"What a great house in a great location! The beach is virtually private, had it to ourselves all 3 times we took the very short walk down there. The road in front is perfect for our boys to ride bikes without the worry of traffic. We loved the open floor plan of the house, and every amenity and more is available at Fantasia! Great movie selection also. Just minutes to Pacific City, quiet street, dog friendly, super close beach access, and a great family home means we will be back and will very much look forward to it!"”
