“Five Stars! Hi, The Coast House far exceeded our expectations. After arriving I walked around for 2 hours just saying "Wow!" out loud. There were only 2 of us but my 1st thought was, We should have brought more people! It was that nice. The house has everything you could need. Doug and Teri have thought of everything, Right down to binoculars for whale and seal lion watching. We left everyday for sight seeing trips but we couldn't wait to get back and enjoy the house. We felt totally relaxed from the moment we arrived. We saw over a dozen whales right from the hot tub and the sea lion rafts were a natural wonder. It is a perfect vacation home and I give it 2 thumbs up and 5 stars. We will be back !!”

“Five Stars! Forget the stress and relax in this great home! This home wants for nothing.It was amazing! Doug and Teri are the best! From the time I opened the door this home took my breath away. The view is incredible!! The home is decorated with such flare and so much attention to detail. Full nautical theme through out the home. The bathrooms are top of the line in comfort and style. The jacuzzi tub in the main bath is a very nice touch to this wonderful house. Sit in the lavish jacuzzi tub on the deck that looks out onto the ocean and get lost in the relaxation. It is beyond romantic. So much so my boyfriend purposed to me right there on the deck, bended knee and all.lol. We will be returning as soon as we can. It is now our favorite spot. Thanks Doug and Teri! We had a blast!”

“Five Stars! Coast House on Valentines Day - Our second stay at the Coast House was for Valentine's weekend. First stay was around Christmas time. House and property are wonderful. Location is quite and away from the croud. It's a short drive to Lincoln City, Depot Bay and Newport. Owners Doug and Teri are awesome. We met them as we were leaving from our first trip. They stopped by as we were leaving the second time just to thank us for being repeat visitors. For location, property and price this is one of our favorite places on the Oregon coast.”

“Five Stars! Perfect, quiet, cozy beach retreat - Very comfortable, private, amazing views and beach access. Well stocked and it is clear the owners were exceptionally thoughtful in equipping the home thoroughly and thinking of all kinds of extras and beach comforts. Good sized bathrooms, great hot tub, well stocked kitchen, and so nice that crabbing supplies, grill, plenty of beach chairs and toys are all there. Even 6 bath robes with beach house logo-so cute! Great fenced yard as well.”

“Five Stars! Simply Outstanding The description of this little Gem is exactly what it states! When you see it in person you will fall in love. We actually got to meet the owners on our trip to The Coast House Doug and Teri are very nice, and you can just tell they have put their Heart and Soul into their rental. It's very very clean and has everything you will need for your trip right down to Kites and sand toys for the kiddies. We loved it so much we are canceling are reservation in Lincoln City and have booked a weeks stay during the 4th of July next year. I am very picky when I say you will be completely comfortable and feel at home it's the truth. Thanks Doug and Teri for providing this little Gem on the beach . You guys are awesome”

To sit an watch the sun set an have a fire to sit by was amazing !! The hot tub was so nice .the coast house had every thing you could need an more ,counting the days to Co e back.”

You have everything you need and more in the Coast House to make your stay a comfortable and memorable experience. For us inlanders being steps away from the ocean and beach is the best gift the Coast house has to offer. The view will take your breath and stress away. We will be planning a return trip. “Five Stars! A true home away from home - Just finished a 5 day stay at the Coast House and we will definitely be going back again! Five Stars! Truly the best place I have stayed in the Newport area. The photos don't do justice to the epic ocean views and sounds of the surf. This is the kind of place you can relax in all day and never get bored. The beach was very accessible and most of the time we were the only ones there.”

“Five Stars! Ideal Beach Getaway - A Vacation Home Rentals Traveler We had a party of 6 stay for 4 days and 3 nights. Doug and Teri thought of everything while furnishing this house, which made for a perfect trip. The pictures really don't do the house justice. We arrived late at night and were amazed at everything we saw. The website says one bathroom but there are actually 2. We put the hot tub and jacuzzi to great use. The fire pit, bbq, and hot tub on the patio was complemented by an unbeatable view. Never ending sand and ocean on either sides. We would definitely recommended staying at the coast house and would love to come back. Thank you for the memories!”
