“Comfortable Vacation An older home but clean and comfortable. The house has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We wanted peace and quiet and that’s what we got! Easy walk to the beach and a short drive into Newport. Would definitely stay there again!”

This is our second year of staying at A Whale of A View.. the view of the ocean is amazing and the house itself is very cozy.The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable, with 2 of the 3 bedrooms facing the ocean.. the house is always very neat and clean when we arrive and it's convenient to have a washer and dryer on location if needed.<br/>Rental company was awesome to work with...<br/>The only negative...and this is the *second year* we have suggested this,is the sofa needs to be replaced as well as the small cream colored chair( glider is very comfortable).. both are broken down to the point that it's hard for someone over 50 to get out of.. a newer sofa and recliner would be a very welcome addition and make it a much more comfortable stay.. I hope the owner's will seriously consider this."”
