Perfect for a larger group, this home is ideal for gathering with friends and family. Living Area – Warm and welcoming with plenty of windows, wood beamed ceilings, a large flatscreen TV, stone fireplace, and lots of comfortable seating for relaxing.

Kitchen Area – Preparing meals will be a breeze in the gorgeous, newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter and cupboard space. Dine with a view at the large dining room table that looks out on the river. The table is also an ideal spot for playing board games or doing a puzzle when enjoying a quiet night in.

Bed & Bath – Sleepy after a fun-filled day at the nearby beach, guests will drift off easily in their choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms all located upstairs. This home has an occupancy limit of 10 guests, including adults children and infants. This limit cannot be exceeded at anytime, even with daytime visitors.

Bedroom 1: 2 Queens with flatscreen TV Bedroom 2: 1 Queen, 1 Full with flatscreen TV Bedroom 3: 2 Twins with flatscreen TV Bedroom 4: Primary with King, flatscreen TV, and views of the river Bathrooms: Main floor has a laundry room and updated bathroom with a shower. Upstairs has a full bathroom with shower over tub. Outdoor Area – Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine from the large deck as you enjoy the stunning surroundings.
