“Wonderful location. We had a great time.”
“Nice older home. Comfortable beds. Great location.”
“We had a great cousins getaway at this darling home.”
“Always a great time at Byers Boast House. My grandaughter and I have visited many times- it is her favorite place at the beach!”
“We have been staying at this same house the last 4 summers and it has become part of our lives. My granddaughter looks forward to this house every summer”
“Cozy and comfortable, would definitely stay here again!”
“Wonderful beach house! This house is exactly what we were looking for. We are a family of 6, with kiddos ages 4-14. Comfy beds, all the amenities you’d need. The best part was the view and access to the beach! The updated kitchen was awesome, and the rest of the home is a great balance of original charm and beach chic. Would definitely recommend this property.”
“What a great place to stay! Loved the old school beach house feel! This is our new go to place to stay in Seaside!!”
“Amazing views, great times! We really enjoyed our stay! The views from this house are breathtaking. The property management service was stellar, we had a couple of flubs ( our mistakes, not theirs ) and they quickly politely and efficiently took care of them! Thank you for the great trip!”
“Such a lovely house in a fantastic location This house is a gem! We have stayed many times in Seaside and this was, hands down, the nicest house we have experienced there. It is not a fancy house but it had everything we needed and more. It is on the quieter end of the Prom, which was wonderful. It is under a mile to walk to downtown Seaside from this house, which does not take long. I was hesitant about this house because some reviews said there was no shower, but that isn't true. There is a shower in one of the three bathrooms! The house was spotless. The views of the ocean are gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped. This house has a great vibe - like lots of very happy things have happened here throughout the years.”
“Quaint beachy getaway My family really enjoyed staying at this quaint home because of its location along the Promenade and proximity to the beach. I appreciated the history of this home and how it has been cherished through years.”
“Great rustic feel in the three bedroom home. An older home but very well kept, beautiful wood on the inside and very clean. Located on the south end of the promenade, was a perfect spot. We brought our bicycles for an easy 1 mile (maybe less) ride to the downtown shops, aquarium, etc. Also great to find that some of the higher rated restaurants on yelp were within even closer walking distance, to include the U-street bar and grill, Angelina's pizza and the Osprey cafe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Being on the promenade made it enjoyable to sit in the back yard and listen to the ocean and visit with/watch people as they strolled by. Also really enjoyed the immediate beach access, able to enjoy some quality time on the beach all hours of the day -- most enjoyable was in the evening as the sun set and even later on as most of the people left and essentially giving the beach all to ourselves.”
