Just steps to the sandy beach and South Promenade in this lovely beach house near Surfer’s cove. You’ll love the ocean views from the top floor and the large back deck used for gathering or outdoor BBQing. This cozy home provides sand toys, beach chairs, a foot scooter, and a stroller.
It’s equipped with a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, a large parking area, and plenty of space to accommodate 10 guests that can spread out. The house has high-speed WIFI, cable television, USB ports, and smart TVs. Also, a short walk to the market and restaurants on Avenue U.
Enjoy the amazing game room with plenty of entertainment for the whole family. The game room basement includes a half-bath and den with a smart TV. It features ping pong, foosball, board games, a mini fridge, and 412 classic arcade games on a video pub table.

“We love the Beach House for our annual family holiday!”
“We were really surprised and impressed the first moment we opened the door, there were 8 bicycles in the garage. The house is so clean and it's take only couple minutes to the beach. Another impression is basement. It has a casino type of table to play card. . A bingbong table. Specially a soccer table that we have a lot of fun to play with. Anything about this house is so perfect for us to relax and enjoy the weekend. I would rent it again next time when I go to Seaside.”

“Great house for us to spend time with our sons and their families The house was just the right size for us and our two sons and their families. Our 3 grandchildren slept in the room with the bunk bed and third bed. The couples each got their own room. The kitchen had everything anyone could need. The toaster didn't toast on the inside element and we couldn't find the cord for the large electric griddle. Having the beach and downtown so near were just great. We'd stay here again.”
