The Piot House is Oceanfront in a private neighborhood, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and miles of sandy beach, in Seal Rock. Warm rustic wood accents are brightened by the walls of windows along the whole western side of the home! So, your first step into the home.....
visually takes you 'right back out' to amazing views of the Ocean, and Seal Rock! This is such a comfortable, cozy home away from home. Very private; once you pull into the drive, you don't see anything but the ocean!
The kitchen and dining area are great for entertaining, and the living room is a small step down from the rest of the home, hosts a wood stove, and has a slider out to a large covered deck, which can be great when there is the weather here! The master bedroom is quite large and has a wonderful soaking tub in the bathroom. The guest bedroom is on the opposite of home, next to the guest bathroom for privacy.
Wonderful for two couples, family, romantic vacation! Some of our regular guests have been returning here for over 16 years! It is definitely a favorite!

“FIVE STARS! Amazing views We loved the Piot House. Beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We watched whales moving north one night and seals very close to the shore. We would definitely stay here again. House needs some updates, however, that did not affect the enjoyment of the trip.”

It was perfect for games, family dinners, enjoying the Seabreeze and all the area has to do! The beach was private and we were able to walk and walk and walk without seeing anyone else. We were there every morning as the light was coming up over the horizon and every night as the sun was setting. I would give this house at five out of five. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay.”

“Nice central coast beach house This Seal Rock house provided us a good base for our short 3 day visit to the Emerald Coast. We enjoyed Newport and the uncrowded beaches. Watching ocean sunsets from the deck was a great way to relax at the end of each day.”

“Great View and Easy Beach Access This house was perfect for our visit. The view from the house and patio were amazing and the quick staircase to the beach was perfect. There are great tide pools within easy walking distance and the neighborhood was very quiet. The patio was private and provided a break from the wind on the beach. We've rented a lot of homes and this one is in our top 5.”
