“House was an older, but comfortable home. Awesome clean windows-gives you great ocean/beach views. Beach access is ok, but for seniors can be hard to navigate. The whole family really enjoyed the time spent there.”

“PERFECT FAMILY BEACH HOUSE This is a perfect home for a quiet beach getaway! OCEAN FRONT views are AMAZING from both inside and out! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was dog friendly and loved the railing around the deck so we could let him outside to enjoy the sunshine without being tied up. Beach access was just a few steps away to the quiet and beautiful stretch of sand that wasn't overcrowded (for this time of year anyway)! We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful walks and playing ball with our dog Stanley. The property management was very nice to work with and communicated well. The only thing missing was outdoor deck furniture so just be sure to throw in some lawn chairs, which thankfully we did. We will defintely stay here again!!”

“The pictures shown are very misleading. They don't tell the current story of this beach front home. It's condition has dropped in quality considerably from what's shown. We rented this home based on these pictures obviously from long ago. The recliners here now are broken and unusable, unsafe, dangerous even. Listing this home as "two bath" when there's only "one toilet" open to the master suite is a major flaw in the description. The beautiful picnic table on the deck is in shambles. I could go on, but you get the idea. The view is great.”

“Hidden Gem in Rockaway "We have been going to Rockaway Beach for several year-end this was the first time we have stayed in an ABNB. Wow, what took us so long to figure this out?This rental was great for a family week together (my parents, his brother and fam). We are already looking forward to another visit. The property was as described, easy access to the beach, close to downtown. Unfortunately it was rainy most of the time but the big living room and kitchen space was great at hosting our family. When it was nice we were able to get to the beach to enjoy the beautiful view.The property manager was great at communicating needed information and responded quickly to our question, top notch!"”

“Great Ocean view "This house had one of the best ocean views I have ever experienced. It was easy access to a large beach which provided a great place for the dogs to run and long walks. Rockaway is a small beach side community and was very relaxing but an easy drive to lots of other activities. The living room furniture was a little worn but the beds were very comfortable."”

“BEACHFRONT AND ROOMIE "This was my 7th experience renting a home for vacation use and the company that manages this home is fantastic! Very helpful! We rented this house for my mother's 65th birthday as a surprise getaway. It is always so hard to tell in photos what you will like and not like about a rental. We were able to fit 8 guests here plus two dogs very comfortably with easy access parking. A few notes:The wifi worked great!The view from the porch, livingroom and master bedroom really are fantastic! There are a lot of windows so you can watch the waves any time of day!The master bedroom and the room next to it have fantastic beds! The other rooms could use some upgrading.The showers had plenty of hot water and great pressure!The shower in the master bedroom is VERY slippery when wet. Be extremely careful in here or just use it as a tub! The homeowners should consider putting in floor grips.There is no firewood - bring your own. The steps to the beach are rock based and those who need something shorter or more sturdy will need to walk a block or two in either direction.The local wildlife can easily open the can. Put a rock on it and save yourself some trouble.The livingroom/kitchen is very spacious and had plenty of options for 8 adults to be comfortable in it at the same time, leaving a few open spaces.Whoever is in charge of dusting doesn't realize it. The air vents, under the recliners, the fans, wtc were all caked with dust that was visible from across the room which did aggravate some allergies.The microwave sometimes slips off it's platform and is challenging to get back level so you can open the door. The oven was broken but Oregon beach vacations was great when we called and tried their best to help us. All in all this house was a great place for us to enjoy the Ocean and spend some wonderful family time together playing games and celebrating our matriarch! We loved having such a large open space to spend "”

“RIGHT ON THE BEACH! "This is about as close to the beach as you'll get. The backyard is literally steps from the sand.Nice big house for a big group. Though the bathroom in the master bedroom is odd in that there are no doors at all separating the toilet and shower from the bedroom itself, so a little awkward for sharing when the house is full."”
