Your guests will be delighted by the living room’s plush sofas, coffered ceiling, gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV/DVD; the kids will love the suspended chair in the corner, not to mention the foosball table behind the couch! French doors open to the outdoors, so ocean breezes can waft through the great room on balmy days. A translucent shell chandelier graces the granite-topped trestle dining table, which is surrounded by windows for extra light.

A ceramic farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a large kitchen island/breakfast bar make working in the kitchen a pleasure. Upstairs, a romantic king bedroom has its own full bath with a striking walk-in shower, TV, sofa, and its own private deck accessed by French doors. A queen bedroom has its own TV, and a double bunk set that sleeps six is perfect for the kids.

The large, bricked backyard patio has a gas barbecue and picnic table, making another great gathering space for your guests. Access the beach right down the road, or hop in the car for a quick ride to the shops and dining in Rockaway Beach. You’re in easy reach of the delights of Manzanita and Cannon Beach, hiking on Neahkahnie Mountain, or the downtown fun of Seaside.
