This home is steps away from the beach via the unique wooden boardwalk, or to a short walk to the clubhouse featuring a fitness center, pool table, and an entertainment area. The house is also equipped with 4 adult cruiser bikes, one youth bike, a child's bike, and helmets for all. Come see what adventures await you at The Break!
All of The Break's bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king-size bed with a private bathroom that has a double vanity and a two-person tile shower. Two guest bedrooms and a loft make this home's sleeping options easy to accommodate family and friends.
The first guest room has a queen-size bed and the second guest bedroom features two sets of twin-size bunk beds. There is another full bath upstairs for the two rooms to share and a half bath on the main floor. A great south exposure deck is complete with a gas BBQ!

“WE LOVE THE BREAK When we want to bring our dog with us to Pacific City, our go-to house is The Break. It's got a great location right near beach access, is cozy and comfortable, and it's just the right size for our family + a grandma or grandpa. Thank you for helping us to strategize how we'd get our daughter on her Zoom calls for school! The only thing that was bothersome was that the oven fan would make a pinging sound that drove us bonkers when it was heating up, but once it did, we were able to cook some good dinners for the family. We'll definitely choose The Break again - this visit was our second this summer and we've been staying there for a few years already.”
