This home features a fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors and a patio leading straight onto the sand. Come see what adventures await you at Serendipity by the Sea! The open-plan living space includes a living room with cozy sofas and a gas fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with a beautiful hardwood island.
The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Serendipity is a one-level home – no pesky stairs to climb up and down! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a full bath with an ocean view that is the perfect place to lounge in the jetted tub.
This home also features a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well as a kid's room that houses four twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is also located in the hallway. Around the back of the house, there is a large oceanfront patio.
Also provided is a pickleball net and paddles and court markers for use in the driveway and a beach volleyball game called Crossnet. This is the perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset after a long day of playing on the beach! Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 8.

“The house is well situated with many amenities. We brought many issues to the owner but at the time we left few were resolved because they will need to happen when no one is renting. The BBQ grill was filthy and needs new parts. Too many outlets on the same circuit led to many not working. The dishwasher detergent dispenser often didn’t work and the 2 of the 6 wheels on the bottom rack were broken. On-line pictures show an ice-maker in the refrigerator, but it doesn’t work. Lastly, 2 hand towels in the kitchen isn’t adequate for a weeks worth of dishes when there isn’t a drying rack. They did come and fix a chair that was unusable and the WiFi when it stopped working. There are 3 chair on the deck, one of which is cracked. On the positive side there are tons of towels in the bathrooms, comfortable beds, parking for 3 cars and a nice sofa for relaxing.”

“FIVE STARS Your service was great and I appreciate you promptly answering my texts. I requested a TV/cable service call and the technician came bright and early. He diagnosed and fixed the problem but unfortunately the owner appears to have cancelled regular cable TV. Streaming works fine though.”

“FIVE STARS! WORK REMOTE BLISS I can't think of a better home from which to work remotely and wear out the dogs on long beach walks. The view of Haystack and the ocean is incredibly beautiful and restorative, any weather, night and day. Plus...such good food/coffee/wine in Pacific City!”

“EXCELLENT! Our family stayed here with 4 adults, 2 kids & 2 dogs, and we had a blast! Perfect size for our group & the weather was gorgeous, so the beach got a lot of our attention. Location is great, views are incredible, the house was clean and well stocked & taken care of, the management folks were friendly & responsive, and the Kiwanda Shores neighborhood is very welcoming & was fun to explore on nice walks with the pups. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”
