Two decks wrap around the front of the home so you can experience ocean breezes and magnificent sunsets without obstruction. Enjoy the hot tub or cozy up by the gas fireplace in the sitting area by the dining room and enjoy fresh Pacific seafood from the luxurious chef’s kitchen, with its granite countertops, inset lighting, wood-lined ceiling, stainless-steel appliances, and stellar views of the meandering Nestucca River.

You’ll find beautiful bedrooms with views on all three floors, including a spacious master suite on the top level. The kids (and kids at heart) will adore the lower-level game room, with its leather sectional with recliners, TV, and arcade game. It’s a five-minute drive to the beach, whether you prefer the miles of level sand and natural beauty of Bob Straub State Park to the south, or the excitement of Cape Kiwanda’s bustling surf beach, the Pelican Pub, and the shops and restaurants, including the tony Meridian Restaurant, overlooking the beach.

Pacific City is also a great launchpad for explorations of the North or Central Coast; it’s a half hour in either direction to Tillamook and Lincoln City. You’re sure to leave feeling refreshed and energized after gazing out on the unique Pacific City coastline from your perch above it all.
