Blissful Beach House is a spacious five-bedroom coastal retreat located right in the heart of Pacific City’s beachside village—just steps from the sand and all the action around Cape Kiwanda. With an unbeatable location and plenty of room for everyone, this home is an ideal gathering place for large families or groups looking to experience the very best of the Oregon Coast. From the front door, you’re just a short stroll to some of Pacific City’s favorite local spots, including Pelican Brewing Company, Doryland Pizza, and Moment Surf Company.

Grab a morning latte from Stimulus Coffee + Bakery, watch the famous dory boats launch from the beach, or pick up tacos after a long day in the surf—everything you need is just a few steps away. Inside, the home is open, airy, and thoughtfully designed for gathering together. The spacious living areas provide plenty of room to relax, share meals, and recount the day’s adventures.

The well-stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare family dinners, beach picnics, or late-night snacks, while the comfortable living room invites everyone to settle in and unwind. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a relaxing escape of its own, complete with a large soaking tub where you can unwind while taking in views of Haystack Rock and the dunes of Cape Kiwanda. From the dining room table, you can even spot the nearby pub and watch the lively rhythm of the beachside neighborhood.

If your perfect vacation includes surfing, beachcombing, hiking the dunes, tidepooling, shopping, or simply enjoying great food and drinks by the ocean, Blissful Beach House puts you right in the center of it all. 3rd level has twin daybed on landing area, bedroom with queen bed, and master bedroom with king bed, twin daybed & twin trundle bed and full bathroom with jacuzzi.

Neighborhood: This home is the heart of the action at Cape Kiwanda. It is on the main road through Pacific City next door to the surf shop, and across the street from the pizza place. The beach is less than a block away and you can see the pub from the kitchen table!

Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note: Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. Tillamook STVR#851-10-1372
