This exquisite beach house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, 2200 square feet of comfort and luxury. Just a short walk to the famous Cape Kiwanda beach access and restaurants, however, you may not want to leave home with the well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs in every room, cable tv in every room, wifi throughout the house, comfy furniture with fuzzy blankets, games, puzzles and books. Our spacious dining table seats 8 with seating for 2 more at the bar.
Plenty of room for the whole family to dine together. The bedrooms have cozy beds with luxury linens and fantastic views from the 2nd story. Plenty of towels for everyone, an on-demand water heater so you will never run out of hot water.
New large front load washer and dryer, with laundry soap provided. Dartboard and full-sized air hockey table in the garage. Outdoor hot and cold water faucet to wash off those sandy feet.
Hot Tub, horseshoes Gas BBQ and fire pit in a totally fenced yard. A 3 block walk to Cape Kiwanda state park where you can watch the surfers, climb up then roll down the monster sand dune, take memorable pictures or just quietly stroll along the beach. Perfect for families or for a grown-up get away!

“Great family vacation spot! This house was clean, stocked with everything we needed and more. Bikes were nice, sands toys for beach, air hockey and horse shoe pit were all fun! Hot tub was clean and relaxing. It was nice all bedrooms have a tv with an ample supply of towels. We used the kitchen for every meal, but did enjoy coffee from the local coffee shop only blocks away. The beach access was easy and quick walk away. We climbed the hill multiple times, great weather. Highly recommend this house to all!”

“This is a wonderful property that is so welcoming that I'm sure everyone who stays wishes they were staying longer. The house was roomy, spotlessly clean and just as it was described on the site.We enjoyed walking to and along the beach. One of our favorite restaurants on the coast is the Pelican Brewery where we had a late lunch. Midweek was great--no long line. The Beach Pine House is great for a getaway and offers privacy in a great neighborhood.”
“Ideal in every way Friends and I were looking for a place with a fire pit, hot tub, and four bedrooms in a great location for a good value. This place hit all of that and more. It was in very good condition and extremely comfortable - beds, seating, fireplace, bathrooms. The bikes, outdoor seating, well-labeled everything were bonus. Didn't have time to take advantage of all the riches offered by the house.”
