Windward at the Regatta is a two bedroom, two bath condo with accommodations for six in Newport. You'll get your share of breathtaking views from this new condo located just south of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. This vacation condo boasts views of the bridge, Yaquina Bay, and the Pacific Ocean.
Enjoy crisp sea air mornings and peaceful evenings filled with the sounds of passing boats, birds, and sea lions. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors. Watch the activity in the bay from the dining room while enjoying a nice meal.
The living room has brand new comfortable seating for all and a fold out sofa sleeper for the evening. The second bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage, and is perfect for two. The master suite boasts a luxurious California King bed with beautiful decor and is the perfect place to relax.
One of the highlights of this vacation home is the Jacuzzi tub. Set in a windowed alcove with views of the bay, it's absolutely fabulous! The luxuries of this condo make it an excellent choice for a couples getaway.
Windward at the Regatta is close to the famous Newport Aquarium and the exciting Nye Beach area. Come down to Newport and see this beauty for yourself! Condo is on the second level there is an elevator on site.
This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them. Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children and infants is 6. Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors.

“WINDWARD AT THE REGATTA...A GREAT PLACE TO STAY! This is the second time in two consecutive years me and and my fishing buddies have stayed at Windward at the Regatta. The owners from Walla Walla have a gem located on the causeway at Newport, Wa. The condo has a perfect view toward the ocean and back to the historic bridge and harbor. The master bedroom and double BR are comfortable and quiet. The living/kitchen/dining were perfect for our group enjoyment in the evening. The garage and extra drive parking were perfect for our vehicles.Unit was **** and span when we arrived. Highly recommend this vacation rental!”

“GREAT RETREAT AWAY FROM HOME My family had a wonderful time during our stay in Newport! This condo was perfectly located and such a wonderful and comfortable place to retreat to. All the amenities were taken care of and we had no issues. I read prior reviews about not having trash bags or dishwasher detergent so I came prepared with my own but didn’t need any of it, everything was there. Also the windows were so easy to use, the directions were straight forward. I will book this condo the next time we come to Newport it was perfect!”
“SO CLEAN AND COMFY!! "Wow!! This was one of the best experiences we have had in renting a vacation home! This place was SO clean I could actually relax! Perhaps I’m a little OCD about cleanliness, but this place was so very nice and clean and made our stay so comfortable. The bed was absolutely the MOST comfortable bed my husband and I have ever experienced- we actually took note of the brand to buy for ourselves!!The condo was in a small unit with very quiet neighbors. It was practically under the Newport bridge in walking distance to the aquarium. Price was excellent and accommodations were excellent, just wish the weather would have agreed!We had to call the rental company access to the property and they seems very responsive and helpful, very appreciated!!Only small, super small suggestions: night time lighting could be better in living room and perhaps a BBQ?But it was FABULOUS and we would totally come back.Thank you!!Lori and Ignacio Rodriguez "”
