Daytime parking in this neighborhood requires a pass for parking over 3 hours but we do provide one pass for one vehicle so you can explore Newport without worry! Sleeps up to 4 - 2 Queens, 1.5 Bath Vehicles: Licensed for 1 Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.
