“The Breakers #4 was an excellent choice, and we will definitely stay here again. House was very clean and comfortable, with lots of "extras" (e.g., plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, books, electric fireplace, and more). It was a super stormy weekend at the coast, but the large windows make it a perfect (warm and cozy) place to watch the angry waves and weather. It would also be a great place for a sunny weekend, to sit on the deck or walk just a few steps down to the beach.”

“Perfect location!! I would highly recommend this house. We had a wonderful stay. Beach frront, amazing view and very nice inside.Side note: we had never been to Neskowin before. Next time we will pack all food/drinks with us. There is no town in Neskowin. Just a tiny market and 1 cafe. Otherwise, it was perfect and we look forward to renting here again.”

“Great trip to the beach Very nice rental with nice supplies and furnishings. Made the visit very pleasant with little planning offoresight on our part. Of course, we did actually read Meredith's recommendations.We had stayed at Breakers #7 at the invitation from friends in the past, and so had a fair idea of the area. Hawk Cafe, where we had enjoyed a couple of casual meal that trip, was closed for remodeling - but was scheduled to reopen a few days after our stay ended. Hope they retain their level of fare!<br/>Really can't get much closer to the beach without a snorkel. Easy access for walks, and the provided tide tables helped to plan them. Beds were comfortable, as were the rest of the furnishings. Plenty of chairs for inside and out. Two very minor glitches. One, the wi-fi connection descriptions were out of date, but a quick phone call fixed that. Two, the community BBQ ran out of propane with no onsite refill, but a quick conversation with the on site office got a replacement in within a half hour. Very responsive on both situations.All in all, a very comfortable, well supplied place to spend an enjoyable week at the beach. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys same!”
