“"Our family had a great time at this beach house. My husband and I took our two daughters and five grandchildren for a beach vacation. The layout of the bedrooms worked well. The location was good with day trips to Newport and Depot Bay. The access to the beach was pretty easy, just holding on to the little grandkids with the small loose rock to get to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed to cook with. Washer and dryer worked well. Plenty of room to spread out in. We have rented from A-1 for over 17 years. Our all time favorite is the RoadsEnd House. It was already booked this time."”

“"Great Girls weekend....Only suggestion is the downstairs bedroom with the step-down add a large area rug for the cold winter months similar to the other bedroom downstairs other than that fabulous weekend. Though only 3 cars are allowed to park at the property (Lincoln City Ordinance) was truly the only issue"”
