Walk the rosemary-bordered entrance to this lovely modern beach cottage in Olivia Beach and prepare to be pleasantly surprised by its smart amenities and lovely décor. You enter a special lower-level living room, equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV/DVD, and Xbox, along with two bedrooms and a full bath. Walk up the stairs to another wonderful living room, this one featuring a large aqua blue sectional, hardwood floors, TV, gas fireplace and a dreamy kitchen with a gas range, stainless appliances, and sparkly white granite counters.
You can dine together at the large table for seven and three breakfast bar seats, or on the front balcony, where a bistro table provides a private spot for a cup of coffee or cocktail. A sumptuous blue and white king suite on this floor have its own TV. You can walk down a side staircase to the large backyard with a windbreak, barbecue, fire pit, chairs, and hot tub.
You’ll also have access to Olivia Beach perks, including a summertime pool, exercise room, park, playground, and beach access. Walk to the Nelscott District for something nice to eat and a chance to explore the shops. Or hop in the car and arrive at the Lincoln City Outlets or the Chinook Winds Casino in minutes.
