This adorable, upright blue-shingled ocean-view home sits right across the street from the beach in central Lincoln City—and it’s as charming indoors as out. Thoughtful updates and a pet-friendly vibe make it an excellent spot to enjoy the beach. The soothing grey, white and blue décor, new flooring and updated kitchen enhance the homey interior, where you’ll find sweet little extras like a pet station near the front door and a coffee bar in the kitchen.
The main-floor queen bedroom is right across the hall from a beautifully updated bath. Upstairs there’s another queen bedroom and an enchanting loft for the kids, complete with TV, futon sofa, desk, and a bookcase full of board games. Out the back door, you’ll find a small fenced yard.
The beach is down a set of stairs a half-block down, and you’re two blocks from the nostalgic Nelscott District, where you can find a delicious breakfast, state-of-the-art coffee, the coast’s biggest second-hand bookstore, Mexican food, chocolate, and more. The rest of Lincoln City is easy to access by car, and you’re minutes away from lots more tourist fun in Salishan, Depoe Bay and Newport. Whether you plan to stay put or explore the Central Coast, Charlie’s Lookout will provide a pup friendly launchpad to fun!

“FIVE STARS Spent Monday to Friday at this property. The photos online give a very accurate view of this property. Very clean and well stocked kitchen area, they have all you need to prepare meals onsite. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, about a quarter mile away. This house has a great ocean view from the front window and porch. You can walk to the beach in less than 1 minute. You have two parking spots off street which is nice as there is limited street parking in the area. The washer and dryer are the compact apartment size for small loads but worked well. The house only has one TV and its in the living room. None in the bedrooms or loft. (At least one more in the loft area would be nice, hint hint) This house was fair priced, in great condition and in a very nice location. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this to other vacationers to the Lincoln City area.”
“! VERY CLEAN AND DOG FRIENDLY It's always hard to find a clean dog friendly place to stay. This house was great! Very clean and they provide a little basket of dog supplies, towels, toy, dishes. The little fenced yard was great for them to go out every once in awhile at night. It's got beach access.”
