Birds Eye Beach House is a cozy cottage with a unique 70's flair. Enjoy the Birdseye view of the ocean as you have your morning coffee and during the majestic sunsets. The cottage is located in Road’s End, one of the most desirable areas of Lincoln City, and is only a couple blocks from the ocean- just follow the trails or drive to the state park 2 minutes away.
The cottage offers Wifi, Roku TV, a DVD/VHS player with movies, and games for the family to enjoy. There is even a basketball hoop and volleyball/badminton area. Enjoy reading a book by the gas fireplace or taking in the wonderful sights and sounds of the Pacific including Cascade Head, walk to Roads End State Park, or walk to Chinook Winds Casino (less than 10 min).
It is a short drive (less than 2 minutes) to the grocery store and close to the major shopping center of Lincoln City (less than 10 min drive). The cottage is small, cozy, and quiet, except for the ocean sounds, and is quite suitable for up to 4-5 guests (maximum 5). “"Bird's Eue Beach House ~ Very comfy and quiet! Got to watch the deer out the diningroom window 2 days in a row! With the binos could see hikers climbing the mountain even. Pretty cool! The only things to improve were there were no coffee filters...and a desparate coffee drinker will tend to try and use a paper towel to make coffee with...epic fail! Lol! Also, wouldnt hurt to touchup paint the piece of wood trim at the edge of the tub. ? Really enjoyed it here and didnt want to leave!!!"”

Very well stocked kitchen (with espresso machine!), lots of seating in the living room, and having three bedrooms in a house at this price was incredibly helpful. We were able to walk to the state park beach access (about 5 minutes), and we also walked to the casino from this house (about 15 minute walk). The house had some older, retro furniture but everything was clean and cared for."”

We had lots of "visitors" (deer, chipmunks, birds). Close to shopping, food, entertainment and close enough to the beach to hear the waves. It was cozy and the gas fireplace was so nice. “"We had four adults, a toddler, and two dogs staying here. It was just right for us. Its a short walk to the beach, but with no sidewalks, and an even shorter drive. Its an easy distance from lots of fun activities. The architecture is a bit strange, but its just right for a coastal vacation!"”

We did have a hard time trying to find this rental. I printed out the directions and just had to read the directions very careful, then we found it. "”
