The access is just 50’ from the driveway exit, head left from the driveway, and walk 50' down the hill to the brand new, convenient concrete steps leading straight down to the sand!
The lower level has a two-car garage and a game room with a ping pong table and plenty of books and games to entertain the kids. On the main level, large windows in the living room and dining room bring sparkling ocean views, a west-facing deck is the perfect spot for enjoying the sunset, and you can cozy up to the gas fireplace at night. Three bedrooms on the main level include two queens and a pair of twin beds.
Upstairs, a spacious king suite has stellar ocean views and a luxurious bath with a shower. Brightly appointed with custom tile, skylights, and a breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen, Anchor House will delight guests of all ages. Your southern Lincoln City location puts you within easy reach of the Taft District, with its bars, restaurants, bakery, shops, and the Jennifer Sears glassblowing studio.

“FOUR STARS! 2 families (4 adults + 4 kids) enjoyed all of the space we had to stretch out (or banish the kids so the adults could play board games). House was well stocked (minus needing more towels but I get that they often wander away). Location was perfect. A quick under 5 minute walk down the grassy hill to a gravel road then feet in the sand. Because location in gated community and the rest of public access is North of Neskowin Creek, it felt like an almost private beach. Wonderful place to stay!”

“Amazing ocean view RIGHT on the beach. Just sand and ocean and tide pools. The sound was soothing at night and and the sunsets perfect. Don’t let the driveway scare you. If you’ve driven up a hill or down a hill in San Francisco this is nothing. House was sized perfect for three couple and three early teeners. Will say the home is dated- don’t expect up to date and by up to date, the last ten years up to date, furnishings or surfaces. It was fun telling the kids this is what the early 90’s looked like. That said, appliances worked, showers were hot, and the view…”

“Fantastic view, short walk to beach This house has an amazing view! Very clean, very well decorated. Note that the walk to the beach is down some boulders/rocks, which requires a little balance and dexterity. And the driveway is VERY steep - at first I was hesitant to use it in my large SUV, but got up my courage and it was fine. I would definately stay here again!”
“It was a wonderful beach location, not too busy, easy access (75 feet) from the beach. The driveway was crazy steep so we parked on the street due to our vehicle being long. We would go back - it was quiet, clean, and restful - wonderful rhythm.”

“Paradise Found The Anchor House is stunning, nothing about it would I change. The view is spectacular and everyday we saw whales cavorting close to shore....spectacular! The beach is awesome, but it's hard to leave the house and go to the beach because the house is so amazing. Good times and I certainly hope to stay here again.”
