Located in a quiet older beach neighborhood away from main roads and traffic, these newer homes were built with all the amenities needed for large groups. The beach entrance is right around the corner from the home (about 500 ft) and is one of the most popular surfing beaches in the area.
These homes feature plenty of gathering space and privacy with a partial blue ocean and sandy beach views for miles. Each home features a private media room and 8.5 bathrooms with Continuous hot water assuring you never run low on hot water.
All 13 queen/king beds feature new luxury European pillow top mattresses and luxurious linens. No bunk beds or sofa beds in the home makes it perfect for reunions and corporate guests alike. No steps into the main level make it perfect for those with mobility issues as well.
The main level on each home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, gathering room, huge kitchen, dining, laundry, heated swim spa and hot tub allowing guests with mobility issues to remain actively involved with the rest of the group and easily retire to their room only a few feet away when desired. The gathering room features 3 sofas, love seat, chairs and ottomans surrounding a large gas fireplace and the 70 inch television making this home ideal for football games and holiday gatherings. Both homes offer a kitchen/dining/gathering area that is wide open for entertaining allowing your entire group to interact and entertain with plenty of room for everyone.
The professional kitchen features a huge 16 foot quartz table/ island that doubles as a conference table with a full view of the gas fireplace and 70 inch television for meetings, presentations or sharing family videos. Enjoy movies on Netflix, Blu-Ray and right from your smartphone. The kitchen in each home features contemporary cabinets, quartz countertops and Viking Professional appliances with a 5 burner gas range that supports restaurant sized cookware, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 stainless refrigerators, small appliances, cookware, dishes, 2 waffle irons, commercial coffee makers and more.
Bring your favorite coffee beans and enjoy our espresso bar with over 20 syrups, chocolate and caramel sauces and more. There are 2 folding tables for additional dining, games and puzzles.

“Surfers Beach Retreat~ "What a perfect house to gather together. Our family traveled from Alaska, North Dakota, Iowa and Indiana to spend the week. There was room throughout this entire house for everyone. The great room and kitchen were incredible for cooking, eating and conversation. The kitchen itself was fabulous and so well appointed. We all enjoyed preparing meals and having room to be together. The swim spa was a delightful addition to everyday, especially for the youngest people in our group. While the weather was cool for ocean swimming but the children found the spa perfect. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end each day as the ladies seemed to gravitate there while the guys enjoyed the fire pit for laughter and conversation. We all enjoyed exploring the coastal area everyday with much to see and do and the location of this marvelous house made it all so easy and possible. All were comfortable each night with rooms and beds for everyone. Thank you to the owners for their kindnesses and attention to detail and allowing us to share this space to make memories to last a lifetime!"”
