The beach entrance is right around the corner from the home (about 600 ft) and is one of the most popular surfing beaches in the area. The home features plenty of gathering space and privacy with a partial blue ocean view from master bedroom and sandy beach for miles.

The home features 10 bedrooms plus a private media room and 8 bathrooms with Continuous hot water assuring you never run low on hot water. All 13 queens/kings feature new luxury European pillow top mattresses and luxurious linens. No bunk beds or sofa beds in the home makes it perfect for reunions and corporate guests alike.

No steps into the main level make it perfect for those with mobility issues as well. The main level features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, gathering room, huge kitchen, dining, laundry, heated swim spa and hot tub allowing guests with mobility issues to remain actively involved with the rest of the group and easily retire to their room only a few feet away when desired. Gathering room features sofas, love seat, chairs surrounding a large gas fireplace and the 70 inch television making this home ideal for football games and holiday gatherings.

The kitchen/dining/gathering area is wide open for entertaining allowing your entire group to interact and entertain with plenty of room for everyone. The professional kitchen features a huge 16 foot quartz table/ island that doubles as a conference table with a full view of the gas fireplace and 70 inch television for meetings, presentations or sharing family videos. Enjoy movies on Netflix, Blu-Ray and right from your smartphone.

Kitchen features contemporary cabinets, quartz counter tops and Viking Professional appliances with a 5 burner gas range that supports restaurant sized cookware, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 stainless refrigerators, small appliances, cookware, dishes, 2 waffle irons, coffee makers, and more. Upstairs features an open billiard room and a small media room for adults to get away or to keep the kids entertained for hours with gaming and movies. There are 6 bedrooms that have private baths.

The master features a jetted tub with see-through fireplace and ocean views. Each bedroom features a queen or king bed, flat screen TV and cable channels. Some rooms have 2 queens.

Located next to the deck, the 19 foot swimming spa features adjustable current from 0- 950 gallons per minute challenging even the best swimmers, while the hot tub has seating for 8 with lots of jets and separate heater to keep the hot tub and swim spa at ideal temperatures. The deck area features a gas BBQ, outdoor dining/gathering tables and fire pit with high intensity lighting to entertain into the evenings. Just minutes from Salishan Golf and Spa Resort and the whale watching capital of Depoe Bay, where whales come within a couple hundred feet of shore.
