Americana and Paris Suite

“My brother in law Joshua has been renting out the same house for the last few years we come down to lincoln city for our family vacation/reunion, normally we all have a great time. This year went dramatically different. Not only did the price go up since last year but the house looked like it wasn’t even cleaned.. My wife spends the majority of her days / weeks cleaning so going on vacation is awesome because it means she gets a break for the week. However we show up and right as we walk thru the front door there’s sand and dirty shoe prints on the floor. As we look around the rest of the house seems clean so we just blow it off, until we go upstairs and there’s dirt, hair, sand all over the both the upstairs bathtubs. The kitchen counters were sticky and to top it off there was still sand and dirt in the “clean bed” so we had to wash our sheets before even getting to go to sleep. We were not happy with the visit this year at all. We will be getting a Hotel next year to say the least.”

“What a beautiful house! We enjoyed our stay so much – hate to leave. We celebrated a week long family reunion. In total – we rented four homes and we ALL enjoyed your home the most. We grow olives in Northern CA, and we can’t live at the beach, but I’m taking away decorating ideas from you so that I’ll feel like we’re at the ocean all the time. We all spend a good portion of our time admiring the house – the cool yellow and blue walls, the studio off the garage, the fluffy red rug in front of the fireplace, and the decks off the bedrooms (to name a few of our favorites). “There are no words, nor are there pictures that could capture the tremendous peace we have felt here. We have made memories that will last a life time. What a lovely home…& it is a “home”. We have felt from the moment we walked in the door that is was our haven. Every quilt, picture, pillow & piece of décor makes it feel like the most comfortable & special place. We have beachcombed, eaten local flare, shopped, whale watched, explored, played & relaxed. Most importantly, we have bonded as a family. Thank you for every little thing that makes this place what it is. We will never forget it.”

“This is the best in house Bella Beach, we looked at it every time we stayed in Bella Beach and finally decided to rent it! What a pleasant surprise, the home is very spacious even for a family of 12, each person had their own bed and no pull-outs, the hot tub room is amazing for watching the stars at night, my Mom and Dad took the Paris suite and raved about how quiet and peaceful it was for them. The kids loved the loft, I loved the kitchen as I love to cook and it has everything and loved the quality stainless steal appliances! This is now our summer home away from home! Thank you again”

“This house is amazing! We had 2 families, 4 adults and 7 teenage boys. We had plenty of space and the house was so comfy and cute! The beach access is just down the road so the boys were able to go back and forth to the beach! The hot tub was also a big hit! I would highly recommend this property and we would love to go back!”
