Surf Scooter is, 784 square foot 1990 manufactured home that sleeps 4. The owner completed a large renovation on this home in 2016, it has all new sheet rock walls, a brand-new bathroom, new floors, doors, paint and furniture. The only thing that didn't get remodeled is the kitchen, but it received all new appliances including a glass top electric range and a dishwasher.

The living room and kitchen feature and open concept with an eat in bar that seats 2, a bar height table that seats 4, and a 40-inch Roku streaming internet TV. There is a nice deck with a landscaped yard and a large, covered patio with hot tub. On the other end of the home is a queen bedroom with a bay window and another TV.

The newly remodeled bathroom has a step-in shower and a marvelous Jacuzzi tub - "definitely has that spa feel". The laundry room is in the hallway and has a full-size laundry center. The double bedroom will hold 2 adults but is cozy, however it is perfect for a child.

The house is done with a lovely coastal feel and sits at the top of a hill on a double lot in a wind protected zone. Just 4 blocks away (an 8 minute walk according to google) and you'll be dipping your toes in the sand and surf. This is a great little coastal getaway for 2 to 4 people.
