On Beach Time is a 840 square foot mid-century beach cottage that sleeps 4. Nestled at the top of a hill, among the wind swept pines it offers a peek of a view at the ocean. Just walk 1½ blocks and you'll be dipping your toes in the sand and surf.
This home is enchanting with vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, paneling and rough hewn cedar walls, it has fun original doors and great architectural details such as the window trim. Bult in 1956 it's one of the few surviving beach cottages from the era and one of the oldest homes in the area. Most of Heceta Beach area was built in the late sixties and early seventies.
The living room, kitchen & dining room are all one large room so no-one is going to miss anything while they're cooking, watching TV or playing a game. The electric fireplace adds ambiance in the evenings or on chilly days. The 8x20 wind protected deck is comepletely fenced with a gate so your furry friend can hang outside or inside.
The owners Cairn Terrier loves it! The deck is conveniently located right off the kitchen, making it a perfect place to BBQ and enjoy the morning and early afternoon sun. There is a picnic table for your outside dining pleasure.
This is technically a 1 bedroom, as there is only 1 closet, but there are 2 separate rooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second room has a king size bed.
