About this home
Heceta Haven started out as a 1 room Cabin in 1945. It's been added onto and remodeled over the years, and is now a spacious 1200 square foot house, that sleeps 8. It's the last house on a short, dead end street in one of Heceta Beach's original neighborhoods.
It has an ocean view and is only a 2 minute walk down a wooded trail that you access right from the front yard. Entering the front door, into the dining room-kitchen which has open beamed ceilings and a great view from the dining room table. There's a bar with chairs, for the kids to play games or do craft projects.
The galley kitchen has an apartment sized electric range and dishwasher, and a frost free refrigerator and is well stocked with all the things you'll need for a family gathering. There is a bathroom with shower stall as well off the main area. Off of both sides of this area, you'll find a sitting room, and then a bedroom.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The sitting rooms both have bi-fold doors, and both have full size fold flat sofa's. The master bedroom has it's own bath and a shower-tub combo and a 32 inch Roku TV.
Off the back of the house is a large family room, a peek of a view and a door to the backyard, and deck. With the two overstuffed chairs, a large rocking chair, the sofa, the glider rocker, and the 32 inch LCD TV, there's room for the whole family to gather and enjoy a movie from the collection provided or watch a movie on Netflix. There is also a Sony stereo with CD Player.
You'll also find an electric fireplace. The kitchen has an appartment sized electric range and dishwasher, and a frost free refrigertator and is well stocked with all the things you'll need for a family gathering. The home can accommodate a total of 8 people in the 4 separate sleeping area's.
The home has 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players and 2 roku streaming internet TV players, telephone with unlimited nationwide long distance, stereo, and an apartment sized stackable washer/dryer.
