Located just across the street from Café C’est la Vie and down the block from Bella Beach’s park and playground, this pretty home has a secret private fenced patio in back complete with gas grill, table, Adirondack chairs, and a bubbling hot tub. Browse through a stack of magazines on the pretty blue sofa in front of the gas fire, or catch your favorite movie on the TV that’s tucked into a decorative cabinet.
The sweet farmhouse-style kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas range, and the dining table makes eating-in a snap. The main floor queen bedroom has a TV/DVD and its own private door to the full bathroom. Upstairs, a handy office on the landing lets you tie up last-minute work, and the spacious queen bedroom has its own door to the bath it shares with the third bedroom.
There’s more sleeping space on the upper level of the carriage house, which has a double bed, full bath, kitchenette, and TV, so you can invite friends to join you. Foosball, air hockey and a Pac-Man arcade game in the game-room garage bring you extra fun. The beach access is a five-minute walk, and a grocery store, coffee house, and Depoe Bakery are minutes away by car.

“"Beautiful neighborhood and such a lovely and comfortable home. You're near the entrance of the complex but I never heard any street noises. There are lots of sleeping arrangement options with the carriage house and even an un-mentioned sleeper sofa in the living room - made for cozy moving watching on the smart TV. The master bedroom had the most luxurious bed and bedding. Some may think it's too soft, but it was perfect for me. The upstairs queen bed was crazy-firm and the bedding not so luxurious, not to mention the squeaky mattress protector you can hear rustling each time you move. The kitchen is well-appointed, except for an ice maker - I dubbed myself the personal icemaker and made sure to fill up a container in the fridge, one tiny ice cube tray at a time. The private & fenced backyard was ideal, the hot tub was BEYOND lovely. I appreciated that there was paved ground around it so you weren't stepping in the mud in your bare feet. Plenty of towels and little extras throughout the house. Everywhere you look you see light and bright walls/decorations/touches of home. The beach is only a short walk away through the beautifully manicured and friendly neighborhood. We can't wait to come back!"”
