This lower-floor unit of a sweet family home has astounding views of Depoe Bay—step out the door onto the grassy lawn and you’ll find yourself on a low, rocky cliff above the ocean strewn with kelp and foam. Seabirds, seals and whales may be fishing in the surf below you, and scanning the horizon can reward you with the sight of blasts of whale spouts. Inside you’ll enjoy a dining table with ocean views, a cozy, fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with wood fireplace and TV/DVD/VCR.
The queen bedroom has a TV and an adorable short twin bed perfect for kids. There’s extra sleeping space on a sofa sleeper in the living room, so you can invite friends to join you. Walk across the harbor bridge to the breakfront, enjoy investigating the row of Depoe Bay’s interesting shops or catch a Zodiac whale- watching boat across the street at the Whale and Shark Museum.
There’s Thai food across the highway or seafood at the Spouting Horn or Tidal Raves. “FIVE STARS Awesome Great place to stay and the beauty can’t be matched”
“FIVE STARS Amazing views, private location Super great spot for a couples getaway, you can walk to all the shops along the main strip of Depoe Bay and watch the waves roll in from the front door. The only issue we had is it wasn’t clear from the check in email that there are two rentals in the same house, the one we stayed in was on the lower level but had the same address on the email as the upper level. Overall amazing property that we plan to visit again in the future”

The kitchen was well equipped with most gadgets, utensils and small appliances anyone could need. The bathroom was functional, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location could not have been better. It was an easy walk over the bridge to the shops and restaurants in Depoe Bay.”

“FIVE STARS! Update on the condition of apartment After reading the review of stained and smell of the water and apartment I was put off on renting this place. What I found was carpet removed and wood floors put in. The tastes and smell is no longer there. When I would send a message to the manager of the apartment was quickly answered. And I sent the messages a lot because of changes in my I made before and after. Kitchen had plenty on Appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, Crock pot, Pressure cooker, plenty of large bowls. The one thing that is needed is cereal bowls only 3,and salad plates there are only 2, microwave, plenty of towels. I turned the two recliners to face the ocean and practically lived in then while I was there. I spent 10 nights there.. The bed was Comfortable. The window were pretty dirty because the mist in the morning. I sent a message to the management company and got a response within a hour and the windows were clean by the end of that day.. this place is a gem with the most incredible view of the ocean. Carol”
“Amazing view! We had a lovely stay. We saw whales and seals from our window. We had a little problem with the TV, but maintenance solved it before we left. The tub drain is tricky, but we found it does drain if you get it right. Close enough to all basic needs and some awesome hikes and sights.”
