Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ).

Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise. PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $60.

00 + tax per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges.

If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home.

Smoking Policy: No Smoking Things to See & Do Local Events: • Sandcastle Contest: This popular event typically takes place in June. • Stormy Weather Arts Festival: Held in November. • 4th of July Parade and Fireworks • Get Lit at the Beach: A gathering for readers with bestselling and award winning authors.

• Cannon Beach Farmers Market: Running from June through September. • Savor Cannon Beach Wine & Culinary Festival: Wine and culinary in October. Since these events can vary by date, you might want to check CannonBeach.
