Guest Requirements – You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Guest Reservation Contract cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The guest signing this Guest Reservation Contract will be the responsible party for any intentional or malicious damage to the property for the length of the reservation ( Please see our “Worry Free Damage Waiver” below ).
Our homes are in neighborhoods that have full time residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise. PETS - Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly homes. There is a fee of $60.
00 + tax per- dog per- stay. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. Excessive pet mess may result in extra cleaning charges.
If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction. If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home.

“FIVE STARS! Property Manager - I appreciate the help they provided re: left-behind bag. They packed it up quickly and sent it to me via USPS. Beachcomber stepped in and arranged our rental of Shutterbug after a different rental agency totally mixed up our reservation. They were efficient and quick! I will always choose them to handle our Oregon coast reservations. Property - Each of us enjoyed our stay, I never heard one complaint, never heard anyone wish anything was different. The home was conducive to a wonderful family time.Shutterbug had everything we needed and wanted, including a spectacular sunset view. The location was perfect, it was easy to drive to nearby towns, beaches and trails. The size accommodated our family of seven happily and comfortably. Everything was in good working order. There are fine restaurants and grocers nearby and handy paths to the beach only minutes away.”

“Property: Easy to find, comfortable house and beds, a nice and very short walk to the beach. Overall Id go there again. Manager: The most amazing thing is that when we locked up and left and were an hour away on the coast going South I discovered I had left some important items in one of the dresser drawers. I called and one of your staff went to the house, collected the items and had them for us at the office in Cannon Beach. Thats above and beyond service!!”
