About this home
Escape to this newly remodeled oceanfront home in quiet Arch Cape - with its own private beach access! The expansive view of the ocean from the living room and dining area will take your breath away. A fireplace and comfortable furniture combine to give you a cozy space to gather and relax.
The kitchen is just off the living area and provides ample room for several cooks to work together. Equipped with everything you need, you'll find it easy to create memorable meals with family and friends. Down the hall there is a freshy remodeled bathroom with a large tile shower and a stackable washer and dryer.
There are three bedrooms in this home, one with a king bed, one with queen bed, and one large bedroom with bunkbeds, sofas, recliners and a TV. With a door leading to the outside courtyard, this large bedroom can also be used as a mudroom. On the oceanfront side of the home there is a patio and a lawn, perfect for lawn games like croquet or ladder ball.
From the lawn, there is a private path leading down to the beach. Arch Cape is known for its secluded beaches, stunning natural scenery, and tranquil atmosphere. Considered a quieter alternative to the popular neighboring town of Cannon Beach, Arch Cape offers a haven for those seeking a peaceful coastal experience.
Cannon Beach is only a 10-minute ride north, where you will find lots of restaurants, shops and art galleries. For hiking and surfing enthusiasts, Oswald State Park is one mile south. The quaint town of Manzanita is just two miles south of Oswald State Park.
